An industrial approach to complex post-cable materials.

REVALO is a pre-operational project being developed in Poland and focused on the compliant, industrial handling of complex post-cable material streams.

Pre-operational project

An industrial project in preparation.

REVALO is a project being developed in Poland within an existing industrial setting. It focuses on post-cable material streams whose complexity requires a structured and carefully prepared approach to further handling.

The project remains at the preparation stage. This includes the design, organisational and administrative work required for a planned industrial operation.

REVALO is positioned as an industrial, compliance-aware initiative — with emphasis on disciplined project preparation and a restrained public communication standard.

A complex stream requires a different approach.

Post-cable materials are not uniform. They vary in composition, structure, age and application history, which makes further handling more demanding than in standard material streams.

In practice, this requires a combination of material understanding, industrial discipline and regulatory awareness. That is the space in which the REVALO project is being developed.

01

Composition and structure

Multi-material cables combine metallic, polymer and auxiliary fractions in ways that require a selective process approach.

02

Age and application history

Post-cable materials vary in age and application background. Their characteristics influence how they are prepared for further handling.

03

Regulatory dimension

The handling of post-cable materials requires compliance with the waste hierarchy and applicable national and European regulations.

04

The REVALO approach

REVALO operates at the intersection of material understanding, industrial discipline and regulatory awareness — with emphasis on disciplined project preparation.

Preparation, separation and further routing.

The project model is based on a staged approach to material handling: preparation, fraction separation and further routing in line with applicable requirements. The project direction includes material recovery where this is justified by the nature of the stream and the intended facility concept. The detailed technical configuration remains part of the preparation phase.

01

Material intake

Incoming post-cable material is identified and directed to the appropriate processing path based on its composition and physical characteristics.

02

Preparation

Material is mechanically prepared for subsequent separation stages. Elements unsuitable for recovery are segregated and directed in line with applicable requirements.

03

Fraction separation

Material fractions are separated using methods appropriate to the input characteristics and the planned process scope.

04

Further routing

Separated fractions are directed to further handling routes according to their characteristics and the applicable administrative framework.

A compliance-driven and disciplined project approach.

REVALO is being developed with regard to the environmental and administrative requirements relevant to this type of industrial project. Its approach to materials is aligned with the waste hierarchy and with a cautious public disclosure standard. At this stage, disciplined project preparation remains the priority.

Environment

The project is being developed within the environmental and administrative procedures applicable to its planned scope. Process assumptions and routing logic are assessed with regard to the waste hierarchy and formal requirements.

Waste hierarchy

The project is aimed at material recovery where this is justified by the nature of the stream, while remaining cautious about output quality, downstream use cases, and the limits imposed by law and feedstock characteristics.

Regulatory compliance

The project is being prepared with reference to Polish and European waste law, environmental decisions, and facility-permit requirements. Obtaining the required decisions and maintaining the supporting documentation remains an active process.

Corporate governance

REVALO operates as a distinct legal entity with a clear organisational structure, separate from the operational activities of affiliated entities.
